What "As Traded" Means
An As-Traded vehicle is a fresh trade-in offered Wholesale to the Public. It has passed the North Carolina State Safety Inspection and is sold as-traded rather than fully reconditioned like our retail used inventory. Where we have completed work on a vehicle, that work is listed in the vehicle's comments.
Please read this before you buy. As-Traded vehicles carry no warranty and are not eligible for our 5-Day/300-Mile Money Back Guarantee. They may need additional mechanical, cosmetic, or maintenance attention now or in the future.
We encourage a thorough inspection and test drive, and we welcome your mechanic or a trusted third party to look at any vehicle before you purchase. Full details are below the vehicles.

As-Traded pricing offers wholesale-style savings for shoppers looking for affordable transportation, a dependable starter vehicle, or a project candidate. If you want a fully reconditioned vehicle with warranty coverage and our Money Back Guarantee, our standard used inventory is the better fit. Both are honest options. They are simply different ones, and we would rather you know which is which before you buy.
How these vehicles are priced
Every As-Traded vehicle carries One Simple Price: transparent, market-based, and the same price for everyone. There is no negotiating, and no commissioned salesperson working a number against you. Our Product Specialists are paid a salary with bonuses based on your satisfaction.
The posted price is an out-the-door total. It already includes our $788 administrative fee, state tax, and tag, title, and registration fees. The number you see on the vehicle is the number you pay.
What is included, and what is not

Before you buy
Start with the Comments on the vehicle you are interested in. That is where we list the work completed on that specific unit. Then take the time you need. Drive the vehicle, look it over, and bring a mechanic or a trusted third party if you would like a second opinion. We will tell you what we know about the vehicle, including any issues we are aware of, in a balanced way. If something about the vehicle would matter to you, ask, and we will give you a straight answer.
