What happens to your application

Your application goes to the lenders we work with, which means one submission can be reviewed by more than one. A member of our team will contact you with what came back and walk you through the options.

Approval and terms are the lender's decision, not ours. We will not tell you that you qualify for something before a lender says so, and we will not quote you a rate we cannot deliver.

Your credit does not change the price of the vehicle

This is worth being clear about, because it is not true everywhere. At many dealerships, a weaker credit profile quietly becomes a worse deal on the car itself as well as on the financing.

That cannot happen here. Our posted One Simple Price is transparent, market-based, and the same for every guest, with our $788 administrative fee already included. Your financing terms are set by a lender. The price of the vehicle is set before you ever walk in, and it is the same number for everyone.

ONE SIMPLE PRICE — We believe in transparent, market-based pricing. Everyone should save time and money by not having to negotiate for hours. We believe that everyone should pay the same fair price for the same vehicle.

If your credit history is limited or imperfect

There is no single minimum credit score to buy a car. Lenders weigh income, length of time at your job, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, and down payment alongside the score itself — which is why two people with similar scores can receive different offers.

Applying is how you find out where you actually stand. Not every buyer qualifies for every program, and we would rather you have a real answer than a guess.

More about credit and auto financing

Before you apply, it helps to have

  • Your current address and how long you have lived there
  • Employer name, position, and length of employment
  • Gross monthly income
  • Details of any vehicle you plan to trade, including the lender and approximate payoff

Estimates are fine on this form. Everything gets verified later.

A few things worth knowing

  • You are not committing to anything. Applying does not obligate you to buy, and you can change which vehicle you are interested in at any point.
  • You can bring your own financing. If your bank or credit union offers better terms than we can arrange, use them. We will tell you plainly if that is the case.
  • Nobody here is paid to steer you. Our Product Specialists are salaried rather than commissioned, so no one earns more by putting you with a particular lender or a longer loan.
  • Rate shopping is normal. Scoring models generally treat multiple auto loan inquiries within a short window as a single inquiry, so comparing lenders in the same few days is the sensible way to do it.
