My oil change was great friendly customer service from the service department. I decided to take a walk to the car lot to view a truck I potentially plan on buying . I walked around for at least thirty minutes no one came out to assist . When I went inside to the service department I let one of the ladies know no one came out to assist me I. The car lot she said they were in a meeting until 8:30 I was outside u til at least 8:45 when I came back in through the front door everyone was sitting at computers. I went to make a cup of coffee as I was stirring my coffee the lady at the front desk was standing by watching I ask if she needed to get where I was she said she was waiting on me do she could put more water in the Kuerig coffee machine . Well if we can be on top of the coffee area like that the same enthusiasm should be given to the Customers walking in the parking lot viewing cars to purchase . I have always had good customer service there just diden’t understand what happened that day.

My appt was at 730am and i waited till 1115. Oil change and tire rotation was the service. Tech didnt know how to rotate polished aluminum dually rims. Mounted them polish side in. In the process of mounting them like that the polished side was scratch. And i dont believe my oil was changed. I have zero confidence in the service tech's capabilities to work on my vehicle. Please dont let him work on my truck ever again.

The repair work, respect of employees talked to, was excellent. The wait time of 2 weeks with the car sitting at the dealership waiting, I gather, for someone to work on it was not really acceptable. I will say, this is the first time we have ever had this problem. Doug Henry Chevrolet has always taken great car of our cars. Maybe they are short of help. I will still go to Doug Henry Chevrolet for all our car needs.

I had a good experience with the dealership. There were two things I was not satisfied with...1. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:45 AM and asked about two things I had noticed with my truck. The oil change and diagnostics of the two issues took over 3.5 hours...I didn't leave the facility until 12:15 PM. 2. When I asked about the two issues, I was not informed there would be an $80.00 diagnostic fee up front...only when I got my final bill was I informed of this charge. I didn't mind paying for the service, but would have like to have known there would be a charge up front.

I had both of my vehicles there during the past several weeks. The wrong part was ordered on 1 vehicle and it took over a month and several trips to Tarboro to get that issure resolved. The 2nd vehicle had 3 issues. The simplest one was finding a slow leak in a rear tire which I was told was fixed. Over night the tire lost more air than before than when it was repaired so I had to take it to another tire business to get it patched again. This vehicle repairs also took several days to complete. A little disappointed in the length of time it took for the repairs to be performed. I can say Debra Harrell in the service dept is awesome!

The truck had an issue and they were able to get it in, check it out and fix it all in the same day. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. My extended warranty paid for part of the cost and the service professional contacted the warranty company on my behalf to get the coverage that was available. I ended up using the GM part as that was what was recommended for the repair. Very pleased with the dealership.

I bought a 2025 Tahoe about 3 weeks ago from here. I noticed that my rear door unlock / lock switch was not lit. I’ve been twice to get it resolved with the last time being 10/13. That didn’t fix it. Purchased new car at dealership. Back door light wasn’t working took the car 2 different times to figure out the problem. Part was ordered said about 2 weeks before it would come in. I called back to see if it was in and it was. Left 2 messages on voicemail for a call back no call back so I tried another day and got someone. I told her to make sure that the rental car was situated for when I drop my car off the next day. I call on the way to the appointment to confirm rental car would be ready and was told it takes a couple of hours to get that taken care of. I made sure to mention when I scheduled about rental car. I was given a car that was at the dealership to drive to work and my car was fixed and it was brought to me at work later that day. I mostly deal with my local dealership and have never had a problem with them. But that I purchased the vehicle at Doug Henry it was better to get it resolved there.
