In her role as Service Coordinator, she serves as the central hub for our maintenance operations, ensuring that our guests from Tarboro, Greenville, and Wilson experience a smooth, organized, and timely service visit. Taylor’s seven-plus years of experience at our dealership have given her a deep understanding of how to manage the complex logistics of a busy service department while maintaining a focus on customer care. Taylor is dedicated to the idea that automotive service should be straightforward. She works behind the scenes to coordinate with our technical team, ensuring that every Chevrolet and Ford owner who walks through our doors at 809 W Wilson St is taken care of with the professional urgency that our brand is known for. Life Outside the Dealership Taylor is a devoted family woman who is currently engaged to her fiancé, Dillon. Together, they are raising their daughter, Ellie, who is the light of their lives. When she isn’t helping our customers stay on the road, Taylor loves to recharge by the water, spending as much time as possible hanging out by the lake with her family. When it comes to travel, Taylor’s favorite destination is the scenic beauty of Luray, Virginia, known for its famous caverns and mountain views. As a long-time member of the Chevy family, her favorite vehicle is the Chevrolet Tahoe, a choice that reflects her appreciation for a vehicle that can handle both daily life and family adventures.

A man of immense character and dedication, JC is proud to have retired from the United States Military with 30 years of honorable service.
