No. You work with one Product Specialist from the first conversation through the final paperwork. There is no separate closer and no finance office you have never met.

We charge a $788 administrative fee, and it is already included in the price shown on every vehicle page on this website. It is not added afterward. Separate from that, you will pay North Carolina Highway Use Tax and title and registration fees, which are set by the state and vary depending on where you register the vehicle. Manufacturer programs for military, students, and first responders are available from time to time. These are qualification-based — eligibility and amounts are set by the manufacturer and change with each incentive period, and not every guest qualifies for every program. Where a program applies to a vehicle, it will be shown on that vehicle's page. Ask us and we will check what is currently available.

Yes. We deliver to Rocky Mount, Greenville, Wilson, Raleigh, and across Eastern North Carolina. Delivery is complimentary within 75 miles. Beyond that a delivery fee applies based on distance — ask us for the figure for your address. Vehicles are driven to you rather than shipped, so delivery mileage is added to the odometer.

Yes. We will bring the vehicle to your home or office at a time that works for you. You can also shop, value your trade, and get pre-approved online before you ever visit.

Yes, and you do not have to buy from us to sell to us. We will appraise your vehicle and make you a straightforward offer either way. The offer is good for 5 days or 300 miles, and if you decide to sell rather than trade, we write a check directly to you. Value your trade or sell us your car.

Eligible retail purchases include our 5-Day / 300-Mile Money-Back Guarantee. As-Traded and Wholesale to the Public vehicles are excluded, and delivery fees are not refundable under the guarantee. Ask us to confirm eligibility on the specific vehicle you are considering.

An As-Traded vehicle is a fresh trade-in sold in the same general condition it arrived. It has passed the North Carolina State Safety Inspection but has had limited or no reconditioning. As-Traded units carry no warranty and are not eligible for our Money-Back Guarantee. We disclose known issues honestly and we welcome you to have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle before you buy. Yes. We work with multiple lenders, which means a single application can be reviewed by more than one. You are also welcome to arrange financing through your own bank or credit union — we will tell you plainly if they have beaten what we can arrange. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile and the lender's decision.

Most oil changes are completed in under 45 minutes, depending on the vehicle and how busy the shop is. We also recommend a multi-point inspection and tire rotation while the vehicle is with us.

We use manufacturer-approved oils — synthetic, synthetic blend, or conventional depending on what your vehicle requires — with ACDelco filters. GM recommends Mobil 1, which we stock and use where appropriate.

Yes. You can order genuine GM parts and accessories through our Parts Department. Order parts online.

Eligible purchases include two maintenance services plus technology support and follow-up from your Product Specialist. We would rather keep the relationship going than treat your purchase as a transaction.
