You don't have to come to us
If it is easier, we will bring the vehicle to your home or office at a time that works for you. No trip to the dealership, no waiting around, no obligation at the end of it.
HOME DELIVERY & TEST DRIVE — We believe you should be able to shop from the comfort of your home or office, and have your vehicle brought to you at your convenience.
At-home test drives are complimentary within 75 miles of Tarboro, which covers Rocky Mount, Greenville, Wilson, and most of Eastern North Carolina. Just mention it when we confirm your appointment.
What to bring
- A valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
That is all a test drive requires. If you are also thinking about trading your current vehicle, bring its keys and we can appraise it while you drive — there is no obligation either way.
How to make the drive count
Fifteen minutes around the block tells you very little. A few things worth doing instead:
- Drive the route you actually drive. If your commute is highway, get it on the highway. If it is stop-and-go, find traffic.
- Sit in it longer than feels necessary. Seat comfort at five minutes and at twenty-five minutes are different things.
- Connect your phone. You will use that system every single day. Make sure you like it.
- Park it. Check visibility, the camera, and how it fits where you actually park.
- Bring the family. Car seats, cargo, and back-seat legroom are easier to judge with the real people and gear involved.
- If you tow or haul, ask us about the bed, the payload, and the towing setup before you drive.
What happens after the drive
You tell us what you thought, and that is genuinely it. Our Product Specialists are salaried rather than commissioned, so nobody here is working an angle to keep you from leaving.
If you do like the vehicle, the price is already posted and does not change — One Simple Price is transparent, market-based, and the same for every guest, with our $788 administrative fee already included. There is nothing to negotiate and nothing to figure out later.
