We service all makes and models
Our technicians are Chevrolet Certified Service trained and complete ongoing manufacturer certification, but they work on every make and model — not only Chevrolet. If your household has a Chevrolet and something else, you can bring both here.
We use manufacturer-approved oils and ACDelco filters, and genuine GM parts on GM vehicles.
If you bought your vehicle from us
Eligible purchases include two maintenance services along with technology support and follow-up from your Product Specialist. If you are not sure whether yours applies, mention it when you book and we will check.
AFTER-SALES SUPPORT — We believe you should not be treated as a transaction, or just another number. We provide you with 2 maintenance services, additional technology support, and follow-up to continue a wonderful and engaging relationship as part of our Tarboro family.
What to expect
- Most oil changes take under 45 minutes, depending on the vehicle and how busy the shop is.
- Larger repairs vary. We will give you a realistic estimate of both cost and time before any work begins — not after.
- Nothing gets done that you did not approve. If we find something while the vehicle is with us, we call you first.
- Ask for a multi-point inspection. It is the cheapest way to catch a problem while it is still small.
